Jakes 32nd

That cute hubbie of mine had his 32nd birthday on April 6th. I always like to make a big deal about birthdays cause to me they ARE a BIG deal.

I woke up that morning to make him breakfast and surprise him. He always begs me to wake up and make him breakfast, and I'm a mean wife and NEVER do it. So I get up and he says "I would rather you got back in bed and just cuddle." (In my head 'm thinking who is this guy? so naturally I think the next thing he wants is a little hanky panky, rightfully so on his birthday) but really all he wanted to do was cuddle and stay in bed together and asked me to make his big birthday breakfast on Saturday. Isn't he the best?

But I waas still sneaky and decorated the bathroom with reasons whIyy I love him, and filled his carr to the brim in balloons. And a cute little birthday "work outfit" complete with shirt and tie.

His request for his birthday was that I come bring cupcakes to his work and we take the boys out to lunch. Easy. Done.

That night we met up with my parents, Mark and Les, and our boys for dinner at Red Robin. It was a party

PS I have seen this Kimono on all those little boutiques Websites and they are always $25+ went on Amazon and scored it for $7!!!!!

Our little family did presents and cupcakes together and we spoiled our dad! 

The following Saturday we celebrated with Jake's family. Doing everything he wanted to do. Starting off with the park and eating lunch there. Basically Jake would have lived at the Park if he could, followed by Mexican takeout and presents at his parents.

Happy Birthday babe! I love your more then I love Diet Pepsi or Rockstar. You are my lobster and my person. But seriously you are one of the most selfless people I know. You would do literally ANYTHING to make me and the boys happy. You are my everything and I am glad to get to celebrate you for many more years. Muah!

Easter Easter

The holidays are getting more and more fun the older Ashton gets. He is starting to understand things so much more and enjoy things.

Starting with coloring eggs. EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Jake and I get in a "tiff" cause Jake hates pretty much anything creative. This includes Egg Coloring, Pumpkin Carving, and gingerbread house making. So basically Jake is scrooge. ;) So it was another "please just have a good attitude about coloring eggs" moment. That turned into a little tiff. But once we got started Ashton was SO into it and SO excited and so happy with every egg, it instantly turned both of our sour moods around. As for Boston he pretty much only wanted to eat the outside part of the egg, and then got too tired so he went to bed haha.

The next morning we woke up to our baskets from the good ol Easter Bunny. 

Then we had a little mishap between brothers. Ashton came in and said "Boston put gum in his hair..." Uhm more like ASHTON put gum in his hair. We ended up just cutting it but luckily you couldn't even tell.

We went to church and it made for a perfect Easter Sunday. We all looked very springy in our Easter Sunday attire.

We finished our day at my sisters house for an Easter Egg Hunt and dinner. It was a perfect day!

Boston at 10 Months

LOVES: Drinking from his sippy cup. He loves loves water so his sippy cup is a staple! He officially lays and sits in the tub with brother and once he got over the initial fear he loves it!

HATES: Being in his crib unless he is REALLY tired. Starting to get a little bit of that stranger danger going on,

FAVORITES: They make these cheeto looking things and they are his fav. He can pound the whole can, but we restrict him. He loves to click his tounge and you do it back, shake his head no-no, and wave bye bye.

MILESTONES: He is now able to climb most objects, and gets to his knees and rocks. Not a ton of actual crawling just yet. Says "Mama" officially. Mostly when he wants something or is tired or needy. haha. Waves bye bye and claps

CLOTHES: 6-9 and 9-12. 

DIAPERS: Size 3 

MOMMY LOVES: How he will snuggle into me and if I go "ahh" or "mmm" he does the same noise. We could do this for hours. 

ALIASES: Bos, Biggity, Bigs, Peanut, chubby, and Baby B

RANDOM: Found out he is very allergic to Penicillin after getting his second ear infection. :( Now that he can climb onto things I found him on my laundry basket filled with laundry just laying there. So cute!
